How to prepare.

Find a quiet space

For your session, you’ll want a private, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones are recommended. A reclining chair or lying down is ideal.

Set an intention

Before your session, spend a few minutes thinking about what you’re hoping to understand, release, or access. You don’t need to have it perfectly formed — just a direction.

Allow extra time

Sessions often run longer than the scheduled time as the work deepens. Plan to have 30–60 minutes of buffer after your session ends — don’t schedule anything immediately after.
